San Diego Pounded Spoon - Full Detail
This is a mild shank with not a lot of leverage because of the angle that it sits in the horses' mouth. It is a loose shank and it will give you full lateral flexion of your horses neck and head. I use it both for training the younger horses and showing a horse that is a little stiffer laterally.
This mouthpiece is a great one to use on young horses when transitioning from a loose bit to a solid one or on a older horse with good feel that doesn't require a lot of bit. This spoon has really smooth edges, so it wont scare your horse even if it's fractious in the face. Price: $350.00
